The digital immune system – How ideas for connected emergency services become reality
May 8 @ 09:00 - 16:00
Who are the service providers in the future emergency alert systems? In France the government co-operates with Facebook and other social media in emergency communication. Last year the EU decided that by 2020 all member states shall have sms-communication in cases of emergency. What role will communication systems, smart locker producers, building automation and safety alarm providers among others have in the future? As digitalization transforms industries, the safety and security sector is no exception.
On the 8th of May, WIN Guard and SOS Alarm invite you to a day full of innovations and useful leads on how to make innovative ideas reality. Join us when public and private actors with an interest in safety and security solutions meet to exchange experiences and learn from each other.
During the day you will listen to:
- U.S. start-up RapidSOS pitching the next generation alert function
- Swedish innovation company Coala presenting their connected digital heart monitor and how this can make people safer
- Coor Service Management talking about their journey of opening up for innovations, and what success and failure means in this process
- SOS Alarm sharing their vision for a more automated alarm function and the work they’ve started to be more flexible and to enable innovative ideas.
Take the opportunity to meet and discuss with these and others of how to include innovative opportunities in your organization and make them become part of the public safety market. At the meeting there will be a wide variety of different actors present: representatives from rescue services, researchers, private businesses and public organizations such as MSB. We welcome you to participate, share your experiences and learn how we can embrace new solutions.
